Slovnaft, a.s. (JSC), based in Bratislava, is an oil refining company with a processing capacity of 5.5 – 6 million tonnes of crude oil, annually. In addition to the production, storage, distribution and wholesaling of oil products, it owns the largest retail network in the Slovak Republic selling automotive fuels and lubricants and providing a wide range of services to motorists.

MTU Friedrichshafen is the core business of the Rolls Royce Power Systems Group. MTU Friedrichshafen is one of world’s leading manufacturer of diesel engines, complete drive and energy systems. The company manufactures high-speed engines and propulsion systems for ships, power generation, heavy land, rail, and defense vehicles and for the oil and gas industry.
We started working for the MTU customer in 2016 in the area of SAP MM. Cooperation has been seamless since the beginning. Our delivery for the client has gradually expanded to include several services and the cooperation is constantly growing.

Cooperation between Stingel Consulting and gd-Team/gs-Soft has been proving the benefits of such a partnership for both parties for years. Slovenský plynárenský priemysel (SPP) is a major energy supplier in Slovakia, building directly on a 160-year-old tradition of the Slovak gas industry. Since 2012, the company has been operating successfully on the electricity market as well. Während der Projektlaufzeit konnten wir uns durch die Qualität unserer Leistungen eine sehr gute Position beim Kunden erarbeiten, was zu weiteren kleineren Aufträgen für unser Unternehmen und auch zur Beauftragung von Supportleistungen für bereits laufende Systeme führte. Unser Unternehmen war bei diesem Projekt als Unterauftragnehmer für mehrere lokale und internationale Unternehmen tätig. Wir haben derzeit einen direkten Vertrag für die Unterstützung und Entwicklung von IS-Retail.
Das Hauptunternehmen der Rolls Royce Power Systems-Gruppe ist MTU Friedrichshafen, einer der weltweit führenden Hersteller von Dieselmotoren, kompletten Antriebssystemen und Energieanlagen. Das Unternehmen stellt schnelllaufende Motoren und Antriebssysteme für Schiffe, Stromerzeugung, schwere Land- und Schienenfahrzeuge, Militärfahrzeuge sowie die Öl- und Gasindustrie her.
Für den Kunden MTU arbeiten wir seit 2016 im Bereich SAP MM. Die Zusammenarbeit verlief von Anfang an reibungslos. Unser Angebot für den Kunden wurde nach und nach um weitere Dienstleistungen erweitert und die Zusammenarbeit wächst ständig.

Slovenský plynárenský priemysel (SPP) ist der größte Energieversorger in der Slowakei, der im Bereich der Gasversorgung direkt an die mehr als 160-jährige Tradition der slowakischen Gaswirtschaft anknüpft und seit 2012 erfolgreich auf dem Stromversorgungsmarkt tätig ist. Insgesamt profitieren mehr als 1,3 Millionen Kunden von der zuverlässigen Energieversorgung und anderen Energiedienstleistungen von SPP.
Position von GD-TEAM im Projekt: Unterauftragnehmer von SEVITECH mit Verantwortung für die Lieferung einiger Teile des Projekts, wie z.B. technische Migration zur neuen I-SU, Stammdaten-Generator und Initial-Load-Programmierung, ABAP-Entwicklung für CS- und FI-CA-Module der ISU, MD- und DM/EDM-Beratung.
Gegenstand der Lieferung:

Die strategischen Ziele des Projekts sind die Neuimplementierung von SAP I-SU und die Implementierung der neuen Module SAP CRM und SAP BW. Im Rahmen der Migration von Daten aus den bestehenden Systemen SAP I-SU (Gas) und UNICORN Lancelot (Strom) ist es notwendig, die Datenkonsistenz und -zusammenführung zu gewährleisten und dabei die Besonderheiten der Gesetzgebung und der SPP-Kunden zu beachten. In diesem Projekt agiert gd-Team, a.s. als Beratungs- und Entwicklungspartner für SEVITECH a.s., die für die Neuimplementierung von I-SU und die Migration der Daten aus den bestehenden Produktionssystemen I-SU und Lancelot in das neue I-SU verantwortlich ist.
VVS zamestnáva viac ako 2 000 ľudí, denne zásobuje pitnou vodou takmer milión ľudí, spravuje približne 6 523 347 km vodovodnej siete a viac ako 2 851 470 km kanalizačných sietí. Spoločnosť sa rozhodla nahradiť SAP IS-U/CRM a niektoré funkcie SAP SD Empirica Stream s cieľom znížiť interné náklady, ale zároveň zvýšiť efektivitu starostlivosti o zákazníkov!

BUDAMAR LOGISTICS, a.s. (JSC) deals with international forwarding and logistics and is currently the best on the CEE market. BUDAMAR LOGISTICS, a.s. (JSC) has long been one of the strongest forwarding companies in Slovakia.
The key task was the implementation of the S/4HANA platform (Financial accounting, Asset management, Controlling, Project System, Solution manager) for two largest logistics companies in the group: BUDAMAR LOGISTICS in Bratislava and NH TRANS in Ostrava. Equally important was the integration with the local financial systems of eight other subsidiary companies using new S/4HANA extensions such as Central Finance (CF) and Group Reporting (GR). For the purpose of management analyses and reporting, the deployment of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is planned.
The company TRON has decided to undergo a digital transformation by changing the old Navision information system and replacing it by a new SAP S/4HANA solution – a new generation ERP.

Hydro is an aluminium processing company with 35,000 employees in 40 countries in all continents. In addition to the production of primary aluminium, rolled and extruded products and recycling, the company also extracts bauxite, refines alumina and generates energy to be the only 360° company of the global aluminium industry. Hydro in Žiar nad Hronom develops and produces 18,000 tons of aluminium profiles per year with two hydraulic presses and 350 employees.
Hydro has decided to implement a new global ERP model solution in SAP S/4 Hana and the MES system (Manufacturing Execution System). A Slovak plant for the production of aluminium profiles in Žiar nad Hronom was chosen for the pilot implementation of the global template. The implementation included the modules SAP-MM, SD, LE, WM, FI, CO, QM, PP, BC, Fiori, as well as the complete integration of the new MES system, which is used for production management.
The project was successfully put to use in December 2019. The business of primary metal processing is quite specific, and therefore the solution itself is quite specific with a number of client-specific programs and processes in the areas of MRP, Sales order costing, Controlling, Aluminium Pin Management, Scrap Management, and last but not least, the Metal Balance.
Infra Services, a.s., (JSC) (INS) was established in December 2007 as a subsidiary company with a 100% shareholding of Bratislavská vodárenská spoločnosť, a.s. (JSC) (BVS) as a spin-off of the Service Activities Division.
Owing to the long experience, technological know-how and technical facilities, it is one of the leaders in its industry. The company performs all servicing and maintenance operations on the water main system and sewerage system managed by BVS as well as the development of new systems. It also provides related professional advice on water meters, fittings, water supply shafts and sewerage systems.
The subject of delivery was the complete implementation of a new solution in the area of:
– SAP BC
– SAP ERP (FI, FI-AA, CO, MM, SD, PM/SM),
– Development and implementation of applications to support the standard functionality of SAP modules,
– Development and implementation of the “User Cockpit” application in the SAP environment, which ensures data entering and processing in the SAP system through the cross-section of individual implemented activities related to the key business purpose of Infra Services. These are activities that are associated with the performance of repairs and maintenance, transport services, the procurement and consumption of materials and services and, last but not least, the input for invoicing. It is thus the processing of a full range of operational and economic operations integrated into one user environment. We can say without fear that this solution shows all signs of standard solutions delivered by the SAP company for industry solutions.
– Development and implementation of the “Transport” application in the SAP environment, which addresses multifaceted processes associated with the implementation of transport services, both in the field of main business activities and in all other support activities for this area.
– Integration – implementation of interfaces to external systems (SAP system at BVS a.s. (JSC), personnel system, GPS, fuel cards for vehicle refuelling, …)
The launch of the project was carried out by a kick-off meeting, which took place in mid-September 2018, which was a stepping stone for the start of implementation work on the delivered solution. In cooperation with the key users of Infra Services, a.s., (JSC), a concept paper “Target Concept” was prepared, presenting the scope of the implemented project functionality. This document was subsequently approved, and thus moved the work on the project to the so-called Implementation stage. Within this stage, system parameterization, preparation and implementation of the testing of basic and target functionality of the delivered solution, test of migration tools and migration of prepared migration data, training of key and end-users were implemented. The successful completion of the said activities provided a solid foundation for the preparation of the production environment and the subsequent start of the productive use of the system, which was implemented as at 1 January 2019.
At present, the system is operated from the point of view of gd-Team, a.s. (JSC) in the mode of its support and development.

Bratislavská vodárenská spoločnosť, a.s. (JSC) (BVS) together with its subsidiary Infra services, a.s. (JSC) is a water supplier and water main system and sewerage system operator in the Bratislava region. In total, the company supplies water and provides sewerage for more than 700,000 inhabitants of the region.
The strategic goal of the project was to replace the existing MDN-based information system by a new one from SAP. Implementation began in March 2017, and we successfully completed it by launching SAP ERP and SAP IS-U modules including the SAP ISU CS module comprehensively implemented for end-user services as well as complete integration into the DMS system and the PPP Fault Portal. In accordance with the project plan, BVS has been using the new system since 25 January 2018.
The subject of delivery was the complete implementation of the new solution in the areas of:

SAP ERP(FI, FI-AA, CO, PS, MM, SD, PM),
SAP IS-U(MD, DM, BIIN, FICA, CS – as part of the solution of CRM processes in BVS, WM),
SAP MCF(Multichannel Foundation) – a customer portal developed on the basis of SAP Multichannel Foundation (MCF) is one of the first implementation projects in the field of utilities in Europe. Through the native connection of the SAP MCF and SAP IS-U environments via O-DATA services, the customer portal enables the management of selected customer data (contact data, addresses) both in real time and directly on the back-end system, as a result of which no data duplication or delayed data processing occurs. Customers can just easily enter water consumption data and check the data on invoices and receivables, which are also processed online, so they always have an up-to-date overview of their account balance. In cooperation with third-party solutions, we also enable customers to view the description of issued invoices, as well as the payment of liabilities via a payment gateway.
PPP– a Fault Portal, an application developed and implemented in the SAP environment, covering the solution of fault registration processes for the water industry. The Fault Portal, as a fully integrated tool developed in the SAP environment, is used to record various types (categories) of faults reported from both the external and internal BVS environment, which also includes its integration into the so-called “Sheet metal hub” application as well as the GIS system. It includes the registration of faults in the water main system and in the sewerage system. Similarly, faults from technological dispatching office are registered and recorded in this environment. The implemented application is also a “gateway” or a trigger for processes associated with the implementation of registered faults in the field of procurement and logistics, resource planning, financial performance, etc. The implemented solution therefore represents a comprehensive process solution tool for this area, with complete integration to the new implemented solution and standard functionality in the SAP environment, which provides a good basis for its use in other organizations with a similar scope of business processes.
“ANNA”(ANalytical-Diagnostic Tool) – a developed Add-On solution the purpose of which is to evaluate the share of automatically and manually processed items for payment batches.
The analysis in the environment of this solution takes place on a weekly or monthly basis and provides the customer with a useful and indicative overview in the area of payment matching. On the other hand, it reveals possibilities for improving the matching process for consultants, who can determine new matching rules based on the analysis, thus reducing the number of manually processed items.
The “ANNA” application is also helpful in the process of introducing new matching criteria, in which it can calculate the percentage of automated matching based on the adjustment. The results of the analysis can also be used to optimize the program code that is part of the matching process itself.
The tool can be deployed at other customers to improve the matching process, as it meets the theoretical definition of an AddOnn product or solution. The successful introduction and implementation of “ANNA” at BVS provides a good basis for its use in other utility companies, which will ensure more transparent output for the relevant departments in the organization and easier identification of issues in this area.
Integrationof a new delivered solution into “third-party” systems (HUMAN, Zelená pošta, DMS Registratúra, … ).
The company gd-Team, a.s. (JSC) acted in this project as an implementation partner and after the end of the project we agreed with the customer to sign a service and development contract for the next period.

Hydro ist ein aluminiumverarbeitendes Unternehmen mit 35.000 Mitarbeitern in 40 Ländern auf allen Kontinenten. Neben der Herstellung von Primäraluminium, Walz- und Pressprodukten und dem Recycling wird von ihm auch Bauxit abgebaut, Tonerde raffiniert und Energie erzeugt. Es ist das einzige 360-Grad-Unternehmen in der Aluminiumverarbeitung. Hydro in Žiar nad Hronom entwickelt und produziert auf zwei hydraulischen Pressen 18.000 Tonnen Aluminiumprofile pro Jahr und beschäftigt fast 350 Mitarbeiter. Hydro entschied sich, eine neue globale ERP-Lösung in SAP S/4 Hana und ein Manufacturing Execution System (MES) zu implementieren. Für die Pilotimplementierung der globalen Vorlage wurde das slowakische Aluminiumprofilwerk in Žiar nad Hronom ausgewählt. Die Implementierung umfasste die Module SAP-MM, SD, LE, WM, FI, CO, QM, PP, BC, Fiori sowie die vollständige Integration des neuen MES-Systems, das zur Produktionssteuerung eingesetzt wird.
Das Projekt wurde im Dezember 2019 erfolgreich in Betrieb genommen. Das Geschäft der Primärmetallverarbeitung ist sehr spezifisch und daher ist auch die Lösung selbst sehr spezifisch mit einer Reihe von kundenspezifischen Programmen und Prozessen in den Bereichen MRP, Kundenauftragskalkulation, Controlling, Aluminiumstiftverwaltung, Schrottverwaltung und nicht zuletzt Metallbilanz

Vďaka dlhoročným skúsenostiam, technologickému know-how a materiálnemu vybaveniu patrí medzi špičku vo svojom odbore. Vykonáva všetky servisné a údržbové práce na vodovodnej a kanalizačnej sieti v správe BVS, ako aj výstavbu nových sietí. Predmet dodávky bola kompletná implementácia nového riešenia v oblastiach:

– Vývoj a implementácia aplikácií pre podporu štandardnej funkčnosti modulov SAP,
– Vývoj a implementácia aplikácie „Používateľský Kokpit“ v prostredí systému SAP, prostredníctvom ktorej je zabezpečené zadávanie a spracovanie dát v systém SAP cez prierez jednotlivých realizovaných činností spojených s hlavnou obchodnou činnosťou spoločnosti Infra Services. Ide o činnosti, ktoré sú spojené s realizáciou výkonov opráv a údržby, dopravnými výkonmi, obstaraním a spotrebou materiálu a služieb a v neposlednom rade vstupom pre fakturáciu. Ide teda o spracovanie celého spektra prevádzkovo-ekonomických operácií integrovaných do jedného používateľského prostredia. Bez obáv je možné skonštatovať, že toto riešenie vykazuje všetky znaky štandardne dodávaných riešení spoločnosťou SAP pre odvetvové riešenia.
– Vývoj a implementácia aplikácie „Doprava“ v prostredí systému SAP, prostredníctvom ktorej sú riešené komplexne procesy spojená s realizáciou dopravných výkonov, jednak v oblasti hlavnej obchodnej činnosti, tak všetkých ostatných podporných činností pre túto oblasť.
– Integrácia – realizácia rozhraní na externé systémy (systém SAP v BVS a.s., personálny systém, GPS, palivové karty pre čerpania PHM, …)
Zahájenie projektu bolo realizované Kick-off mítingom, ktorý sa konal v polovici septembra 2018, čo predstavovalo odrazový mostík pre začatie implementačných prác dodávaného riešenia. V spolupráci s kľúčovými používateľmi spoločnosti Infra Services, a.s., bol spracovaný koncepčný dokument „Cieľový koncept“, prezentujúci šírku zavádzanej funkčnosti dodávky projektu. Tento dokument bol následne schválený, a teda posunul práce na projekte do tzv. Realizačnej etapy. V rámci tejto etapy bola realizovaná parametrizácia systému, príprava a realizácia testovania základnej a cieľovej funkčnosti dodávaného riešenia, test migračných nástrojov a migrácia pripravených migračných dát, školenia kľúčových a koncových používateľov. Úspešné zakončenie spomenutých činností vytvorilo dobrý predpoklad pre prípravu produkčného prostredia a následné zahájenie produktívneho využívania systému, ktoré bolo realizované k termínu 1.1.2019.
V súčasnosti je systém prevádzkovaný z pohľadu gd-Team, a.s. v režime jeho podpory a rozvoja.

Gegenstand der Lieferung war die vollständige Implementierung einer neuen Lösung in den Bereichen:

–Entwicklung und Implementierung von Anwendungen zur Unterstützung der Standardfunktionalität der SAP-Module,
– Entwicklung und Implementierung der Anwendung “Nutzercockpit” in der SAP-Systemumgebung, durch die die Dateneingabe und -verarbeitung im SAP-System durch einen Querschnitt einzelner Aktivitäten gewährleistet wird, die mit den Hauptgeschäftstätigkeiten von Infra Services verbunden sind. Es handelt sich um Aktivitäten, die mit der Durchführung von Reparatur und Wartung, der Transportleistung, der Beschaffung und dem Verbrauch von Materialien und Dienstleistungen und nicht zuletzt mit der Eingabe für die Rechnungsstellung verbunden sind. Es handelt sich also um die Bearbeitung des gesamten Spektrums betrieblicher und wirtschaftlicher Vorgänge, die in einer einzigen Benutzerumgebung integriert sind. Man kann mit Fug und Recht behaupten, dass diese Lösung über alle Merkmale der von SAP für Branchenlösungen gelieferten Standardlösungen verfügt
– Entwicklung und Implementierung der Anwendung “Transport” in der SAP-Systemumgebung, durch die komplexe Prozesse im Zusammenhang mit der Durchführung von Transportleistungen gelöst werden, sowohl im Bereich der Hauptgeschäftstätigkeit als auch bei allen anderen unterstützenden Tätigkeiten für diesen Bereich.
– Integration – Implementierung von Schnittstellen zu externen Systemen (SAP-System in BVS a.s., HR-System, GPS, Tankkarten zum Tanken, …)
Das Projekt wurde mit einem Kick-off-Meeting Mitte September 2018 eingeleitet, das als Sprungbrett für den Beginn der Implementierungsarbeiten der gelieferten Lösung diente. In Zusammenarbeit mit den Hauptnutzern von Infra Services, a.s. wurde ein Konzeptdokument “Target Concept” entwickelt, das die Breite der implementierten Funktionalität der Projektlieferung darstellt. Dieses Dokument wurde in der Folge genehmigt, wodurch die Projektarbeit in die so genannte Umsetzungsphase überging. In dieser Phase wurden die Systemparametrisierung, die Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Tests der Grund- und Zielfunktionalität der gelieferten Lösung, das Testen von Migrationswerkzeugen und die Migration vorbereiteter Migrationsdaten sowie die Schulung von Schlüssel- und Endbenutzern durchgeführt. Der erfolgreiche Abschluss der oben genannten Aktivitäten schuf eine gute Voraussetzung für die Vorbereitung der Produktionsumgebung und den anschließenden Beginn der produktiven Nutzung des Systems, die bis zum 1. Januar 2019 umgesetzt wurde.
Das System wird derzeit aus der Sicht von gd-Team, a.s. im Support- und Entwicklungsmodus betrieben.

Bratislavská vodárenská spoločnosť, a.s. Das strategische Ziel des Projekts bestand darin, das bestehende MDN-basierte Informationssystem durch ein neues von SAP zu ersetzen. Die Implementierung begann im März 2017 und wurde mit der Einführung von SAP ERP- und SAP IS-U-Modulen, einschließlich eines vollständig implementierten SAP ISU CS-Moduls für den Endkundenservice, sowie einer vollständigen Integration in das DMS-System und das PPP-Störungsportal erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Gemäß dem Projektplan nutzt BVS seit dem 25. Januar 2018 das neue System.
Gegenstand der Lieferung war die vollständige Implementierung einer neuen Lösung in den Bereichen:
SAP BC,
SAP ERP(FI, FI-AA, CO, PS, MM, SD, PM),
SAP IS-U(MD, DM, BIIN, FICA, CS – als Teil der CRM-Prozesslösung in BVS, WM),
SAP MCF (Multichannel Foundation) – Das Kundenportal wurde auf der Grundlage der SAP Multichannel Foundation (MCF) entwickelt und ist eine der ersten Implementierungen eines Versorgungsunternehmens in Europa. Dieses Kundenportal ermöglicht durch die native Verknüpfung der SAP MCF- und SAP IS-U-Umgebungen über O-DATA-Services die Verwaltung ausgewählter Kundendaten (Kontaktdaten, Adressen) in Echtzeit und direkt im Backend-System und vermeidet so Datenduplikate und Verarbeitungsverzögerungen. Ebenso einfach kann der Kunde Wasserzählerstände eingeben und Rechnungs- und Forderungsdaten prüfen, die ebenfalls online verarbeitet werden, so dass er immer einen aktuellen Überblick über seinen Kontostand hat. In Zusammenarbeit mit Lösungen von Dritten ermöglichen wir dem Kunden auch die Einsicht in eine Beschreibung der ausgestellten Rechnungen sowie die Bezahlung von Verbindlichkeiten über das Zahlungsportal
PPP –Störungsportal, eine in der SAP-Systemumgebung entwickelte und implementierte Anwendung, die die Lösung von Störungsregistrierungsprozessen für die Wasserwirtschaft abdeckt. Das Störungsportal als voll integriertes Werkzeug, das in der SAP-Systemumgebung entwickelt wurde, dient zur Erfassung verschiedener Arten (Kategorien) von Störungen, die aus der externen und internen Umgebung von BVS gemeldet werden, was die Integration in die Anwendung “Blechdrehscheibe” sowie in das GIS-System einschließt. Sie umfasst die Erfassung von Störungen im Wasserversorgungsnetz und im Kanalnetz. Ebenso werden in dieser Umgebung auch Störungen aus der Prozessleitwarte erfasst und registriert. Die implementierte Anwendung ist auch ein “Gateway” oder Auslöser für die Prozesse im Zusammenhang mit der Umsetzung von erfassten Fehlern für Beschaffung und Logistik, Ressourcenplanung, finanzielle Abwicklung usw. Die implementierte Lösung stellt somit ein umfassendes Werkzeug zur Lösung von Prozessen in diesem Bereich dar, mit voller Integration in die implementierte neue Lösung und Standardfunktionalität in der SAP-Systemumgebung, was eine gute Grundlage für den Einsatz in anderen Organisationen mit ähnlichen Geschäftsprozessen darstellt.
„ANNA“(Tool für Analyse und Diagnostik) – entwickelte Add-On-Lösung, die darauf abzielt, das Verhältnis von automatisch verarbeiteten Posten und manuell verarbeiteten Posten für Zahlungsstapel zu bewerten.
Die Analyse in dieser Lösungsumgebung erfolgt auf wöchentlicher oder monatlicher Basis und bietet dem Kunden einen nützlichen und informativen Überblick über den Zahlungsabgleich. Andererseits zeigt sie Möglichkeiten zur Verbesserung des Abgleichs für die Berater auf, die auf der Grundlage der Analyse neue Abgleichsregeln festlegen können, wodurch die Anzahl der manuell zu bearbeitenden Elemente verringert wird.
Die Anwendung “ANNA” ist auch bei der Einführung neuer Abgleichskriterien hilfreich, indem sie quantifizieren kann, um wie viel Prozent der Abgleich aufgrund der Anpassung automatisiert wurde. Die Ergebnisse der Analyse können auch dazu verwendet werden, den Programmcode zu optimieren, der im Matching-Prozess selbst verborgen ist.
Dieses Tool kann auch bei anderen Kunden eingesetzt werden, um den Matching-Prozess zu verbessern, da es die theoretische Definition eines Produkts oder einer AddOnn-Lösung erfüllt. Die erfolgreiche Einführung und Nutzung von “ANNA” bei BVS ist eine gute Grundlage für die Anwendung in anderen Versorgungsunternehmen, die den zuständigen Abteilungen in der Organisation klarere Ergebnisse liefern und die Identifizierung von Problemen in diesem Bereich erleichtern wird.
Integration der neu gelieferten Lösung in die Systeme von “Dritten” (HUMAN, Green Post, DMS Registratúra, …).
Die Firma gd-Team, a.s. fungierte in diesem Projekt als Implementierungspartner und nach Abschluss des Projekts vereinbarten wir mit dem Kunden einen Service- und Entwicklungsvertrag für die nächste Zeit.

Stredoslovenská energetika, a.s. (SSE) dodáva elektrinu 630 000 jej zákazníkov, čo z nej robí 2. najväčšieho dodávateľa elektriny na Slovensku (viac ako 21%). Okrem elektriny dodáva 20 000 zákazníkom plyn, poskytuje energetické služby pre domácnosti, energeticky efektívne riešenia pre firmy a samosprávy, buduje elektronabíjacie stanice, poskytuje osvetlenie miest, obcí a projekty priemyselného a kancelárskeho osvetlenia.

Nastavenie systémov SAP CRM a SAP IS-U pre možnosť poskytovania novej formy financovania nekomoditných produktov a služieb prostredníctvom spotrebiteľského úveru, ktorý SSE poskytovaného klientom priamo v procese predaj produktov a služieb.
Spoločnosť BUDAMAR LOGISTICS, a.s. sa zaoberá medzinárodným zasielateľstvom a logistikou a v súčasnosti je jednotkou na trhu strednej a východnej Európy. BUDAMAR LOGISTICS, a.s. patrí dlhodobo k najsilnejším zasielateľským spoločnostiam na Slovensku.
Kľúčovou úlohou bola implementácia S/4HANA platformy (Financial accounting, Asset management, Controling, Project System, Solution manager) pre 2 najväčšie logistické firmy v skupine: BUDAMAR LOGISTICS v Bratislave a NH TRANS v Ostrave. Nemenej dôležitými boli integrácie s lokálnymi finančnými systémami ďalších 8 dcérskych spoločností s využitím nových S/4HANA rozšírení, ako sú Central Finance (CF) a Group Reporting (GR). Pre účely manažérskych analýz a reportingu sa počíta s nasadením SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
Firma TRON sa rozhodla podstúpiť digitálnu transformáciu zmenou starého informačného systému Navision a nahradiť ho novým riešením SAP S/4HANA – ERP novej generácie.

Popredná konzultantská spoločnosť v oblasti profesionálneho riadenia informácií, správy kmeňových údajov a ich kvality prostredníctvom Omnichanel.
Hlavnou spoločnosťou skupiny Rolls Royce Power Systems je MTU Friedrichshafen, ktorá je jedným z popredných svetových výrobcov dieselových motorov, kompletných pohonných a energetických systémov. Spoločnosť vyrába vysokorýchlostné motory a pohonné systémy pre lode, výrobu elektrickej energie, ťažké pozemné a železničné vozidlá, vojenské vozidlá a ropný a plynárenský priemysel.
Pre zákazníka MTU sme začali pracovať v roku 2016 v oblasti SAP MM. Spolupráca od začiatku prebieha bezproblémovo. Naša dodávka pre klienta sa postupne rozšírila o viaceré služby a spolupráca kontinuálne rastie.

Slovenský plynárenský priemysel (SPP) je najväčším dodávateľom energií na Slovensku, ktorý v oblasti dodávky plynu priamo nadväzuje na viac ako 160-ročnú tradíciu slovenského plynárenstva a od roku 2012 úspešne pôsobí aj na trhu dodávky elektriny. Celkovo využíva spoľahlivé dodávky energií a ďalšie energetické služby SPP viac ako 1,3 milióna zákazníkov.
Pozícia GD-TEAM na projekte: Subkontraktor SEVITECH-u so zodpovednosťou za dodávku niektorých častí projektu ako Technická migrácia do nového I-SU, Master Data Generator a Initial Load programovanie, ABAP vývoj pre CS a FI-CA moduly ISU, MD a DM/EDM konzulting.

Strategickými cieľmi projektu sú re-implementácia SAP I-SU a implementácia nových modulov SAP CRM a SAP BW. V rámci migrácie dát z existujúcich systémov SAP I-SU (plyn) a UNICORN Lancelot (elektrina) je potrebné zabezpečiť konzistenciu a zlučovanie dát pri dodržaní legislatívnych a SPP zákazníckych špecifík. Spoločnosť gd-Team, a.s. pôsobí v tomto projekte ako konzultačný a vývojový partner pre spoločnosť SEVITECH a.s., ktorá je zodpovedná za re-implementáciu I-SU a migráciu dát z existujúcich produkčných systémov I-SU a Lancelot do nového I-SU.
Hydro je spoločnosť zaoberajúca sa spracovaním hliníka s 35 000 zamestnancami v 40 krajinách na všetkých kontinentoch. Okrem výroby primárneho hliníka, valcovaných a lisovaných výrobkov a recyklácie sa venuje aj ťažbe bauxitu, rafinuje oxid hlinitý a vyrába energiu. Je jedinou 360-stupňovou spoločnosťou v oblasti spracovania hliníka. Hydro v Žiari nad Hronom vyvíja a vyrába 18 000 ton hliníkových profilov ročne na dvoch hydraulických lisoch a zamestnáva takmer 350 ľudí.
Spoločnosť Hydro sa rozhodla pre implementáciu nového globálneho vzorového riešenia ERP v SAP S/4 Hana a systému MES (Manufacturing Execution System). Pre pilotnú implementáciu globálneho template-u sa vybral slovenský závod na výrobu hliníkových profilov v Žiari nad Hronom. Implementácia obsiahla moduly SAP-MM, SD, LE, WM, FI, CO, QM, PP, BC, Fiori, ako aj kompletnú integráciu nového systému MES, ktorá slúži na riadenie výroby.
Projekt bol úspešne odovzdaný do užívania v decembri 2019. Biznis so spracovaním primárnych kovov je dosť špecifický, a preto aj samotné riešenie je pomerne špecifické s množstvom klientsky špecifických programov a procesov v oblastiach MRP, Sales order costing, Controlling, manažment hliníkových čapov, manažment šrotu a v neposlednom rade bilancia kovu.
Spolupráca Stingel Consulting a gd-Teamu/gs-Softu už roky dokazuje výhodnosť takéhoto partnerstva pre obe strany. Využitím znalosti zákazníka, jeho potrieb, poznaním nemeckého IT trhu na jednej strane a vynikajúcou odbornou a jazykovou pripravenosťou a nearshoringu ako konkurenčnej výhody na strane druhej vzniká synergický efekt, z ktorého profitujú dodávatelia, ako aj náš konečný zákazník. Takým je aj TÜV Süd s centrálou v Mníchove. IT služby, či už SAP poradenstvo, SAP vývoj alebo podpora či vývoj nonSAP aplikácii poskytujeme cez Stingel Consulting už od roku 2016, s rastúcou tendenciou počtu podporovaných oblastí a objemu služieb. Práve v oblasti nonSAP podpory (tzv. 2nd level support) sme od októbra minulého roku mali možnosť dokázať svoje prednosti v kvalite našich výkonov a, samozrejme, aj atraktívnosť našej ceny.
Na konci niekoľkomesačného výberového konania sa TÜV BSG rozhodol opäť pre spoluprácu so Stingel Consulting, t.j. aj pre subdodávateľa gd-Team/gs-Soft v podpore aplikácii ASPro, PS Explorer, VETAS, YAMBS, VISITOUR, PPM, TalenTS a ďalších. TÜV Süd je náročný zákazník: náročný na odborné vedomosti, náročný na úroveň komunikácie, jazykové znalosti, včasnosť reakcie, proaktivitu a efektivitu. Je skvelé vedieť, že práve v gd-Teame a gs-Softe pracujú kolegovia, ktorí spĺňajú tieto náročné kritériá. Patrí im naše uznanie.
Slovnaft, a.s. so sídlom v Bratislave, je rafinérsko-petrochemická spoločnosť s ročným spracovaním 5,5 – 6 miliónov ton ropy. Spoločnosť okrem výroby, skladovania, distribúcie a veľkoobchodného predaja výrobkov z ropy disponuje najväčšou maloobchodnou sieťou v rámci Slovenskej republiky, zameranou na predaj motorových palív a mazív a na poskytovanie širokej škály služieb motoristom.

Počas pôsobenia na projekte sa nám vďaka kvalite našich služieb podarilo získať veľmi dobrú pozíciu u zákazníka, čo viedlo k ďalším menším zadaniam pre našu firmu a tiež k objednávke podporných činností pre už bežiace systémy. Naša firma pôsobila na tomto projekte ako subdodávateľ viacerých lokálnych a medzinárodných spoločností. V súčasnosti máme priamy kontrakt na podporu a rozvoj IS-Retail.
V rámci celoeurópskej energetickej skupiny innogy pracujeme pre viaceré spoločnosti na Slovensku, v Poľsku ale aj v Nemecku.
V Poľsku už dlhodobo poskytujeme naše služby v oblasti komplexných IT riešení a programovania v SAP systémoch pre innogy Polska a innogy Stoen Operator.
Medzi naše posledné aktivity patrí implementácia komplexného riešenia pre zákazníkov na deregulovanom trhu s energiami (GUDk), ako aj legislatívne zmeny (OZE) a ďalšie úpravy v oblasti Zúčtovania a fakturácie (IS-U BIIN), správy pohľadávok a záväzkov (IS-U FICA), správy energetických dát (EDM), či formulárov (SAP Forms).
Naši konzultanti komunikujú plynulo v poľskom jazyku, a preto dokážu tomuto zákazníkovi poskytnúť najvyššiu kvalitu služieb a skúsenosti z projektov v rámci celej Európy bez jazykovej bariéry.
Bratislavská vodárenská spoločnosť, a.s. (BVS) spolu so svojou dcérskou spoločnosťou Infra services, a.s. je dodávateľom vody a prevádzkovateľom vodovodných a kanalizačných rozvodov v Bratislavskom kraji. Celkovo spoločnosť dodáva vodu a zabezpečuje odkanalizovanie pre viac ako 700 tisíc obyvateľom regiónu.
Strategickým cieľom projektu bolo nahradenie existujúceho informačného systému na báze MDN novým od spoločnosti SAP. Implementácia začala v marci 2017 a úspešne sme ju zavŕšili spustením modulov SAP ERP a SAP IS-U, vrátane komplexne zrealizovaného SAP ISU CS modulu pre obsluhu koncových zákazníkov ako aj kompletná integrácia na DMS systém a poruchový portál PPP. V súlade s plánom projektu používa BVS nový systém od 25.1.2018.
Predmetom dodávky bola kompletná implementácia nového riešenia v oblastiach:

SAP IS-U (MD, DM, BIIN, FICA, CS – ako súčasť riešenia procesov CRM v BVS, WM),
SAP MCF (Multichannel Foundation) – Zákaznícky portál, je vyvinutý na báze SAP Multichannel Foundation (MCF) a je jednou z prvých implementácií v oblasti utilít v Európe. Tento zákaznícky portál Prostredníctvom natívneho prepojenia prostredí SAP MCF a SAP IS-U prostredníctvom O-DATA servisov, umožňuje správu vybraných zákazníckych údajov (kontaktné údaje, adresy) v reálnom čase aj priamo na back-end systéme, čím nedochádza k duplikácii dát a ani k ich spracovaniu s oneskorením. Zákazník si rovnako jednoducho môže zadať aj odpočet vody a skontrolovať údaje o faktúrach a pohľadávkach, ktoré sú rovnako online spracovávané, takže má vždy aktuálny prehľad o svojom stave účtu. V spolupráci s riešeniami tretích strán umožňujeme zákazníkovi aj zobrazenie opisu vystavených faktúr, ako aj úhradu záväzkov cez platobný portál.
PPP – Poruchový portál, aplikácia vyvinutá a implementovaná v prostredí systému SAP, pokrývajúca riešenie procesov evidencie porúch pre vodárenský priemysel. Poruchový portál ako plne integrovaný nástroj vyvinutý v prostredí systému SAP, slúži na evidovanie rôznych druhov (kategórií) porúch nahlasovaných z externého ako aj interného prostredia BVS, ku ktorému patrí aj jeho integrácia na aplikáciu tzv. „plechovú hubu“, ako aj na systém GIS. Jeho súčasťou je evidencia porúch na vodovodnej sieti a taktiež aj stokovej sieti. Obdobne aj poruchy z technologického dispečingu sú taktiež zaznamenávané a evidované v tomto prostredí. Implementovaná aplikácia je zároveň „vstupnou bránou“ resp. spúšťacom pre procesy spojené s realizáciou evidovaných porúch pre oblasť obstarania a logistiky, plánovania zdrojov, finančného plnenia, a pod. Implementované riešenie teda predstavuje komplexný nástroj na riešenie procesov pre túto oblasť, s plnou integráciou na implementované nové riešenie a štandardnú funkčnosť v prostredí systému SAP, čo dáva dobrý základ pre jeho využitie aj v iných organizáciách s obdobným záberom obchodných procesov.
„ANNA“ (ANalyticko-diagnostický Nástroj) – vyvinuté Add-On riešenie, ktorého cieľom je vyhodnocovať podiel automaticky spracovaných položiek a manuálne spracovaných položiek pre dávky platieb.
Analýza v prostredí tohto riešenia prebieha na týždennej, prípadne mesačnej báze a poskytuje zákazníkovi užitočný, informatívny prehľad v oblasti párovania platieb. Na druhej strane odkrýva možnosti vylepšenia procesu párovania pre konzultantov, ktorí môžu na základe analýzy určiť nové pravidlá párovania, čím znížia počet manuálne spracovávaných položiek.
Aplikácia „ANNA” je taktiež nápomocná v procese zavádzania nových kritérií párovania, v ktorom dokáže vyčísliť o koľko percent sa párovanie na základe úpravy zautomatizovalo. Výsledky analýzy sa dajú použiť aj pri optimalizácií programového kódu, ktorý sa skrýva v samotnom procese párovania.
Tento nástroj je možné nasadiť aj u iných zákazníkov na zlepšenie procesu párovania, nakoľko spĺňa teoretickú definíciu produktu resp. AddOnn riešenia. Úspešná realizácia a implementácia „ANNA” v BVS je dobrým základom pre jeho využitie aj v iných utilitných spoločnostiach, čo zabezpečí prehľadnejšie výstupy pre príslušné oddelenia v organizácii a jednoduchšiu identifikáciu problémov pre túto oblasť.
Integrácia nového dodaného riešenia na systémy „tretích“ strán (HUMAN, Zelená pošta, DMS Registratúra, … ).
Spoločnosť gd-Team, a.s. pôsobila v tomto projekte ako implementačný partner a po skončení projektu sme sa so zákazníkom dohodli na podpísaní servisnej a rozvojovej zmluvy na ďalšie obdobie.
