What will you do?
Your work will
include
- searching for potential candidates (LinkedIn, Xing, or other portals)
- conducting telephone and personal interviews with potential candidates in slovak or in english/german languages
- updating and creating Job Descriptions and subsequent publication on social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn) and our website (WordPress)
- placing advertisements of new job vacancies (job portals)
- HR Marketing – social media management
- drawing up reports at regular intervals
- internal communication with other departments (mainly Back-office)
- providing administrative support to the HR Department (administration of the internal system of job seekers, collection and processing of personal data of internal and external candidates)
- ad hoc office work (participation in creating a strong corporate culture, building employer branding etc.)
- the training will include a 2-week stay (onsite, offsite) in our German branch
- the Recruiter will be part of the German recruiter team
What do we expect
from you?
- experience with HR recruiting of at least 3 years (mainly IT positions)
- education in the field of HR, or in similar fields (e.g., psychology) is an advantage
- english – upper-intermediate (B2), german – intermediate (B1)
