What will you do?
Your work will
include
- collaboration in the planning, conception and implementation of the customer approach together with the sales department
- support for the customer & partner management
- general support tasks for the account management as well as participation in the creation of account plans
- participation in the management or execution of the preparation of offers, if necessary including the management of subcontractors / partners
- participation in marketing events and trade fairs
- collaboration in the implementation of up- and cross-selling measures
- preparation of internal sales reporting
What do we expect
from you?
- Bachelor’s degree or completed vocational training with adequate professional experience
- experience in a sales or project task in IT
- customer-oriented thinking and acting
- systematic and structured way of working
- professional, trustworthy and empathic appearance as well as good communication skills
- confident handling of the entire MS Office product range
- flexibility, ability to work under pressure and willingness to perform
- willingness to travel
- very good knowledge of German and English
