Senior IT Recruiter
Do you have experience with IT recruitment, and would you like to draw on your experience in a company that belongs to reputable IT service providers? Right now, we are expanding our internal HR team and looking to hire new staff. We are looking for a colleague who likes the IT world, loves to communicate with people, is not afraid of new challenges and prefers to work in an informal working environment.

What will you do?
Your work will
include
- searching for potential candidates (LinkedIn, Xing, or other portals)
- conducting telephone and personal interviews with potential candidates in slovak or in english/german languages
- updating and creating Job Descriptions and subsequent publication on social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn) and our website (WordPress)
- placing advertisements of new job vacancies (job portals)
- drawing up reports at regular intervals
- the training will include a 2-week stay (onsite, offsite) in our German branch
- the Recruiter will be part of the German recruiter team
- experience in leading a team is an advantage
What do we expect
from you?
- experience with HR recruiting of at least 5 years (mainly IT positions)
- education in the field of HR, or in similar fields (e.g., psychology) is an advantage
- english – upper-intermediate (B2), german – an advantage
